Friends and family of bereaved parents often report not knowing how to support their loved ones following pregnancy and infant loss. This printable handout is a good first step to provide some concrete recommendations for immediate support.

It is ideal to keep as a reference for prenatal providers, therapists, support groups, and social workers or to share with friends and loved ones of the bereaved.

Cards are sized to print 4.0″ wide x 9.0″ tall. These are commonly called “business note cards” or “rack cards,” and they fit well in standard brochure holders.

Alternately, you can download the template for the Avery 80505 menu cards that print 3 to a page. Please note that Avery unfortunately no longer sells this perforated cardstock, but this template will match with many other options available online.
