Preeclampsia is often misattributed as simply high blood pressure in pregnancy, but it can be so much more.

According to the Preeclampsia Foundation, all of the warning signs listed here are potential indicators of preeclampsia. Should you experience one or more of these warning signs in pregnancy, it’s a good idea to discuss with your prenatal provider.
