Ways to Celebrate or Observe a Birthday or Death Anniversary (printable information card)

A deceased child’s birthday is still a birthday. As a companion to our blog post on ways to spend your deceased child’s birthday, due date, or death anniversary, this printable handout contains an illustrated list of ways to spend this special day.

It is ideal to keep as a reference for prenatal providers, therapists, support groups, and social workers or to share with bereaved parents coming up on one of these dates.

Cards are sized to print 4.0″ wide x 9.0″ tall. These are commonly called “business note cards” or “rack cards,” and they fit well in standard brochure holders.

Alternately, you can download the template for the Avery 80505 menu cards that print 3 to a page. Please note that Avery unfortunately no longer sells this perforated cardstock, but this template will match with many other options available online.
